At RiseWell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the new shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
